Technical Account Manager (TAM) Program

The FOCUS Learning TAM program has been designed to duplicate the best practices of our most successful customers in a way that is predictable and repeatable. A TAM engagement is a one-year engagement that averages two days per month. The TAM will become a virtual member of your team who helps to ensure that VISION is used effectively to improve your training program.

What Good Looks Like:
  • Attention to data hygiene and integrity over time, as program requirements evolve
  • Dedicated advocate within FOCUS Learning to ensure your success with VISION software
  • Align your training program needs with the VISION software roadmap
  • Guidance on best practices when it comes to implementing SAT with VISION software
  • Ongoing regular engagement between our customers and FOCUS Learning
  • Assistance and guidance with adoption of underutilized features
  • Assistance and guidance with adoption of new features
 
How does a TAM work:
A single unit of TAM is two days per month with a FOCUS Learning specialist who is knowledgeable with both Instructional Design and VISION software. TAM engagements can be either one, two or three units. 
Scheduling to be coordinated between a TAM and customer.
  • Minimum 4-hour increments
  • Unused time can accrue for up to 2 months (4 days total)
  • Two on site visits per year are covered (plus travel expense), if desired by customer
  • Regularly scheduled engagement cadence is advised, vs. ad-hoc
  • Engagement goals are customized and may be changed periodically as needed
