Our mission for the VISION 2024 conference is to provide a venue with presentations and discourse on best practices, trends, new ideas, and opportunities to improve the implementation of training systems based on the SAT method with VISION. Our goal is to empower our attendees with the knowledge and tools they need to succeed in their respective industries.
PURPOSE
This conference is for VISION users, training supervisors and managers who are responsible for developing training programs in accordance with a common standard (SAT). Its purpose is to provide a platform for you to compare your organization's approach, challenges, and status with others, share ideas and best practices, and create relationships that will help your organization move forward as a community of professionals. Our aim is to foster a collaborative environment where attendees can learn from one another and build lasting connections.
This year's theme: Training for the Next Generation
We believe that our core industries are at an inflection point due to an anticipated serious labor shortage, knowledge attrition, a new generation of workers, technology improvements, and economic demands. Our theme, "Training for the Next Generation," reflects our commitment to preparing our attendees for the challenges and opportunities of the future.
We hope that you will join us for this exciting event. Come prepared to learn, share, and enjoy our wonderful oceanfront venue!
