Our VISION Workshops and Conference is scheduled to take place from April 29th to May 3rd, 2024, at The Cliffs Hotel & Spa - an oceanfront hotel located in Pismo Beach, California!

Our hotel special rates are: 
Room Type Days Rate
Classic Rooms  Sun - Thu $169.00 per night
Non-Ocean View Fri - Sat $229.00 per night 
Coastal Rooms Sun - Thu $175.00 per night
Partial Ocean View Fri - Sat $249.00 per night
Signature Rooms Sun - Thu $185.00 per night
Ocean/Pool View Fri - Sat $289.00 per night
 
There is a mandatory facilities and parking fee of $40.00 per room per night. This includes the Valet at no extra cost to you.
The additional charge for each extra occupant is $15.00 per person, per night. These special rates will be valid for the week of Sunday, April 28th to Saturday, May 4th, 2024. 
When calling the hotel's Reservation Department at (805) 773-5000, please mention either FOCUS Learning or VISION Conference. It is highly recommended to book your rooms early as the cutoff date is March 28, 2024. After that date, these rates will no longer be available.

WORKSHOPS
The workshops will be held on Monday and Tuesday, April 29-30, 2024, prior to the start of the conference. Each workshop will span two days and take place on-site at The Cliffs. The provided Workshops Link will give you access to information about the four workshops that will be offered. 
WELCOME RECEPTION AND CONFERENCE TIMES
Join us for our special Welcome Reception at The Cliffs on Tuesday, April 30th at 6:30pm.
The conference will begin on Wednesday, May 1st at 8:30am and continue through Thursday, May 2nd and concludes Friday, May 3rd at 12:00 noon.
TRAVEL AND PARKING
If you fly into San Luis Obispo Airport (SBP), the hotel provides shuttle service to and from the airport with advanced notice. To make shuttle reservations, call The Cliffs directly at 805-773-5000. Parking is included with the Facilities Fee at The Cliffs.
WEATHER AND ATTIRE
The weather in Pismo Beach during late April & May is typically mild, clear and sunny, with highs around 70 degrees. However, it can be about 15 to 20 degrees cooler in the evening. Temperatures fall rapidly as the sun sets, so it is strongly advised to wear jackets, sweaters or sweatshirts if you plan to be outdoors in the evenings. 
The dress code for the event is business casual. Please note, the hotel meeting rooms tend to be cool, so it is recommended to bring a sweater or jacket. 
MEALS
Your workshop registration for Monday and Tuesday includes a continental breakfast outside of the workshop rooms, a lunch buffet and refreshments during breaks. 
On Tuesday evening, there will be a FOCUS-hosted welcome reception with food and drink.
Your conference registration includes the following: 
Continental breakfast outside the conference room and refreshments during breaks on Wednesday and Thursday, as well as a breakfast buffet outside the conference room on Friday.
AFTER HOURS
Join us in the evenings for opportunities to dine and socialize. TBD
