MONTEREY, Calif., Sept. 29, 2026. FOCUS Learning Corporation, provider of the VISION and Qlarity training and qualification platforms for nuclear operators, utilities, and other regulated industrial organizations, today announced the acquisition of P&RO Solutions, a Glen Mills, Pennsylvania-based provider of work management and asset reliability software and services.
In connection with the acquisition, FOCUS will begin operating under the FOCUS Performance brand, reflecting a broader mission that now spans workforce training and qualification as well as the planning and execution of the work those qualifications support.
The acquisition closed on July 31, 2026. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Connecting workforce readiness with the work that needs to be performed
Operators in highly regulated industries must answer two closely related questions every day: Who is qualified to perform the work, and who is scheduled to do it?
Historically, training and qualification information and work planning have often lived in separate systems. That separation can make it harder for operators to identify qualification or readiness issues early enough to prevent scheduling conflicts and operational disruption.
By adding P&RO's work management capabilities, FOCUS is expanding from helping customers establish and maintain workforce readiness to helping them apply that information more directly to daily planning and execution. Over time, the combination creates the opportunity to connect qualification information more closely with work planning and scheduling, helping customers identify workforce-readiness constraints earlier.

FOCUS Learning's VISION and Qlarity products are used by nuclear operators, utilities, and other regulated organizations to manage training programs, qualifications, learning content, and workforce readiness. P&RO Solutions develops PaSTA, a workweek management application designed around established industry practices for planning, scheduling, and executing work that works alongside enterprise systems including SAP, IBM Maximo, and Oracle Primavera. PaSTA helps planners manage backlog, build and maintain the workweek, coordinate the people and equipment required to complete it, and provide visibility on the health of the work execution process. A companion mobile application extends those workflows into the field.
